6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.
• Any additional time required due to lateness may incur additional fees or result in a reduced session duration.
• Clients must obtain all necessary permissions for photography at private locations or events.

 

7. Editing & Delivery

• Standard editing (color correction, exposure adjustments, skin softening) is included.
• Extensive retouching (background removal, body reshaping, etc.) may be available for an additional fee.
• Digital files will be delivered within 21 business days after the session.
  
  

8. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of photography services, all sales are final once the session is completed and images are delivered.
• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with artistic style or individual preferences.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee specific results.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, loss of files, force majeure), our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid or a reshoot at our discretion.
